Consultation
An EPS Security Consultant meets with you to evaluate and understand your needs and expectations.
Specs and Drawing
You provide the layout for the facilities requiring protection for our engineering team so they can begin to design the NOTIFIER system. This step is not always necessary for some smaller systems.
Walkthrough/Discussions
Based on the information provided by the customer, the EPS Security Consultant and engineer perform a comprehensive walkthrough of the facilities to review any issues, expectations, and possible solutions.
Engineering/Scope of Work
Our team of engineers and technical specialists create a comprehensive security solution based on the facility's layout, your expectations, and the scope of work needed to gain optimal fire protection per local fire codes and/or bid requirements.
Meet and Review
The finalized system is proposed, explained, and evaluated with you. A discussion centered on installation timelines and ongoing services happens here.
Agreement
Once you are satisfied with the proposed NOTIFIER solution, EPS provides the necessary paperwork and the partnership is official.
Scheduling
The EPS Operations team reviews the engineered solution and schedules an installation by highly trained EPS technicians.
Installation
EPS technicians install the security system according to specifications and agreed-upon terms.
Continued Service
EPS has an entire fleet of trucks and technicians available to meet the ongoing security needs of you/your customer if or when any NOTIFIER fire protection system issues arise.
